At Early Rider, we want to ensure your young adventurer is perfectly matched with their new bike. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the bike or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand the package to the designated courier; once our workshop inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
